You’re a master at building and delivering solutions, and you care about the user experience.A typical day for the Principal DeveloperMotivate and inspire project team members, focus the team on tasks, provide leadership and coaching.Communicate work progress and provide direction to developer team members.Analyze business requirements, prepare recommendations, estimates and work plans.Contribute to and work within the Agile framework established at APS for software development.Identify and resolve deficiencies and functional defects.Eliminate manual, error-prone work through responsible automation while maintaining appropriate governance and accountability.Create & own comprehensive technical and procedural solutions, across their full lifecycle, that meet business needs, are maintainable, scalable, performant, secure, and fit within current architecture standards.Proactively design sustainable solutions that reduce technical debt and operational complexity while improving long‑term team capacity and delivery speed.Ensure designs are documented and reusableConduct unit testing, system testing and coordinate integration testing with other analysts.Participate in the development code review process,
