About the Role

The Company is in search of a President to lead its diverse and growing network of energy and logistics businesses. The successful candidate will be a visionary executive with a proven track record in driving growth, innovation, and market leadership. This role is pivotal in overseeing the strategic, commercial, and financial performance of the organization, with a strong focus on translating corporate strategy into actionable business plans that ensure revenue growth, profitability, and long-term competitive advantage. The President will be responsible for profit and loss results, capital expenditures, market success, customer growth strategy, and brand positioning,



and will work closely with the leadership team to foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and a people-first approach.

Key responsibilities for the President include strategic and business leadership, profit and loss accountability, commercial growth, and client acquisition, as well as stakeholder and market leadership. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or skilled designation considered an asset, and at least 15 years of progressive leadership experience, including significant senior executive roles. Strong knowledge of commercial strategy, business development, and the energy, transportation, or related sectors is essential. The role demands exceptional communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to lead across multiple business units and markets, and to represent the organization with various external partners.
