Responsibilities

- Following a daily schedule
- Initial outbound lead calls using our buyer scripts
- Conduct effective & timely lead follow-up
- Prequalify appointments using the correct process
- Attend and conduct initial buyer presentations via Zoom & In person
- Show Buyers homes
- Prepare accurate offers to sellers
- Work with lenders and other stakeholders to ensure subjects are removed and deals finalised
- Ensure the highest level of customer service is provided
- Turn customers into advocates of the PLACE Real Estate Team!




- Promote listings through telephone prospecting
- 2x open houses a month

Field duties include

- Open Houses
- Inspections
- Giving access for appraisals
- You’ll look to help 10-12 families move in your first year (~$75,000);
- 20+ in your second year onwards (~$120,000).
- 2 hours prospecting/day m-f
- 1 hour of office time for lead follow-up & preparation for appointments
- Evening and weekend showings, depending on clients' schedules
- Leads provided
- Training will be given
- You can focus on meeting clients & making more money
- Ability to take a vacation & forward your phone to the team
