Role Description The Liquor Delivery Service - Dial A Bottle Vancouver role is a full-time, on-site position based in Vancouver, BC. The role involves accurately receiving and reviewing delivery orders, safely transporting liquor from partner stores or warehouses to customer locations, and verifying age and identification according to provincial laws and company policies. Daily tasks include communicating clearly with customers and dispatch, handling payments where applicable, maintaining delivery logs, and ensuring orders are complete and correct. Team members are expected to follow all responsible liquor service guidelines, keep vehicles clean and organized,



and coordinate with colleagues and management to resolve delivery issues promptly. The role also includes supporting basic operational tasks such as restocking, light inventory checks, and assisting with onboarding of new delivery staff when needed.

Qualifications

- Strong Customer Service skills, including clear communication, professionalism, and a client-focused attitude.
- Ability to contribute to Teamwork and collaborate effectively with dispatch, drivers, and operations staff.
- Experience or aptitude in Recruiting and onboarding processes is an asset for helping integrate new team members.
- Skills in Integration and coordination of delivery routes, orders, and operational procedures to ensure efficient service.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to safely operate a vehicle in urban environments.
- Knowledge of, or willingness to learn, provincial liquor laws and responsible liquor delivery practices.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with reliability and punctuality in completing shifts and deliveries.
- Comfort with using smartphones or delivery apps for navigation, order updates, and communication.
- Ability to lift and carry cases of beverages and stand or drive for extended periods.
- Previous experience in delivery, retail, hospitality, or related fields is an asset.
