The ECE is responsible for upholding the Child Care and Early Years Act (CCEYA) along with the guidelines in the staff handbook.Successful candidates will be required to conduct work on-site five days a week, Monday to Friday, between the hours of 7:30 a.M. to 5:30 p.M. at Conestoga's Doon campus, located at 299 Doon Valley Dr. in Kitchener.ResponsibilitiesPlanning and adapting the program and environment to meet the needs of individual children and families, as well as the groupImplementing positive and child-initiated learning experiences; interacting positively with children and adultsMaking use of assessment toolsPromoting and ensuring the health and safety, and well-being of the childrenProviding ongoing supervision of all play areas and all activities and routines that occurPlanning and implementing daily experiences in all areas of the program, responsive to the needs, interests,
