You will analyze data, evaluate plans, and collaborate with Sales and HR to drive business outcomes. You will bring 5–7 years in HR, expertise in compensation design, and a CHRP/CCP designation or progress toward one. English is required; French is an asset, and a hybrid work arrangement is supported.
