The Interim Executive Director will ensure organizational continuity, support Micah's restorative justice programs, and work closely with the Board of Directors during a period of strategic exploration. This is a blended role that combines executive leadership with hands-on program oversight and facilitation.Working collaboratively with the Board of Directors and supporting effective governance.Providing day-to-day organizational leadership and operational stability.Overseeing and participating in restorative justice programming, including Circles of Support and Accountability (CoSA), Reintegration Circles, and Person-to-Person programming.Supporting volunteer recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing coordination.Maintaining relationships with community, correctional, and justice partners.Providing basic financial and administrative oversight in collaboration with the bookkeeper.Maintaining relationships with existing funders and completing required reporting.Qualifications & RequirementsPost-secondary education in human services or a related field, or an equivalent combination of academic and professional experience.Experience in nonprofit leadership or senior program coordination.Strong relational, communication, and facilitation skills.Possess a valid Saskatchewan driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings.Ability to provide a current Canadian Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search as a condition of employment.A more detailed job description is available at:
