They are currently seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join their operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader with a strong background in food manufacturing who is looking for long-term growth and stability.Key Responsibilities- Supervise and lead production teams to meet daily production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements- Ensure compliance with GMPs, HACCP, food safety, and company policies- Coordinate production schedules, staffing, and workflow to optimize efficiency- Monitor production performance, identify issues, and implement corrective actions- Train, coach,



and develop production employees to support continuous improvement- Enforce health & safety standards and promote a strong safety culture- Work closely with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Management teams- Complete production reports, shift documentation, and KPIs- Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimizationQualifications & Experience- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within food manufacturing- Strong understanding of food safety standards (GMP, HACCP)- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage hourly production teams- Experience in high-volume or fast-paced manufacturing environments preferred- Solid communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills- Comfortable working in a hands-on, floor-based leadership role- Flexibility to work shifts as required
