Position OverviewAs a Tax Manager in our Domestic Tax team, you will work with a wide variety of clients, collaborating with colleagues across Assurance, Advisory, and Specialty Tax to deliver personalized solutions. You will coach and mentor a team of tax professionals, establish deep client relationships, prepare files for corporate reorganizations, manage T2 and T3 returns, and proactively resolve tax‑related issues. Key ResponsibilitiesCoach and mentor tax colleagues on compliance and tax planning. Establish and maintain trusting client relationships. Prepare files for corporate reorganizations, rollovers, windups, amalgamations, succession, and estate planning, and manage corporate tax returns including T2 and T3. Proactively resolve tax‑related issues with clients and team members. Lead management of the tax practice, identifying and developing new service opportunities.



Required QualificationsEnrolled in, or completed, the CPA Canada In‑Depth Tax Course, or possess a Master of Taxation degree. Strong experience in corporate and personal Canadian tax planning and/or compliance. Demonstrated ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualized tax solutions. Experience mentoring and developing others.
