Oxford Learning is seeking dedicated teacher-tutors passionate about mathematics and science for its Danforth location. You will work directly with students in an engaging environment, following pre-planned lessons. Commitment through to June is preferred, and some Saturday shifts are required to ensure comprehensive student support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Teach up to three students at different grade levels
• Maintain post-lesson communication and notes
• Follow Oxford Learning’s teaching methodologies
• Adapt lessons to meet student needs
• Ensure a friendly and professional demeanor
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certification
• Familiarity with Grades 9-12 math and science curriculum
• Experience tutoring at the secondary level
• Solid communication and multitasking skills
• Reliable transportation for in-person commitment
