This position will play a lead role on a high-performing team responsible for forecasting, analyzing and assessing the HHR needs for the province.In addition to leading data analysis and management, this position will work closely with a variety of health, post-secondary education and government stakeholders to identify, gather, analyze, and interpret a variety of datasets for the purposes of workforce planning.The ideal candidate will have expert and practical proficiency in Microsoft Excel, statistical analysis software, research and analysis techniques, data presentation, and workforce forecasting and planning. The ideal candidate will have practical experience in programming languages (e.G., SAS, R, or Python)
