We are seeking a Bilingual Project Manager (French & English) to lead and oversee our cybersecurity onboarding projects. This pivotal role involves coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality.Key Responsibilities1. Project Initiation:Collaborate with customers to understand their cybersecurity needs and objectives.Work with sales and technical teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.2. Project Planning:Create detailed project schedules, task lists, and resource assignments.Identify potential risks and devise proactive mitigation plans.Establish clear communication channels with all stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and vendors.3. Project Execution:Coordinate cross-functional teams, including cybersecurity specialists, engineers, and Cyber Intelligence Centre personnel.Monitor progress to ensure tasks are completed on schedule and within budget.Address roadblocks or challenges during project execution promptly.Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders.4. Quality Assurance:Implement quality control measures to ensure all deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.Conduct thorough testing and validation of cybersecurity solutions before deployment.Adhere to industry best practices and cybersecurity standards.5. Client Communication:Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.Respond promptly to client inquiries, concerns,



and feedback.Manage client expectations to ensure satisfaction with project outcomes.6.
