Job Summary

We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner to join an established multidisciplinary family practice in East Vancouver. The role offers full or part‑time coverage, flexible schedule, and the chance to practice independently while supported by our dedicated administrative and clinical teams.

Responsibilities

- Deliver comprehensive family practice care (clinical encounters, chronic disease management, preventive care)
- Provide walk‑in and scheduled appointments in clinic and via telehealth
- Utilize Oscar EMR system for documentation and care coordination
- Collaborate with physicians, medical office assistants and other staff to ensure smooth transition and continuity of care
- Adhere to clinic policies regarding time off, professional development and quality standards

Qualifications

- Registered Nurse Practitioner with current license to practice in British Columbia




- Experience in a family‑medicine or general‑practice setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with telehealth and EMR technology
