In this leadership role, you will oversee industrial electrical construction projects, manage field operations, and ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This position is ideal for a strong leader with extensive industrial construction experience and a proven ability to manage crews, schedules, budgets, and client relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coordinate, direct, and schedule electrical field personnel to meet project objectivesSupervise electrical construction activities while ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standardsAssist in optimizing electrical and mechanical design drawings and field execution plansSupport preparation, coordination,



and management of electrical subcontractors and vendorsMonitor project progress, manpower, productivity, and implement corrective actions as requiredMaintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholdersPrepare and review project progress reports, cost tracking, scheduling updates, and material usage documentationCoordinate commissioning, turnover, and project closeout activitiesPromote and enforce PTW's safety culture and OH&S compliance standardsMentor foremen, journeymen, apprentices, and field personnelQualifications / RequirementsPerform additional duties as required to support project successJourneymanElectrician Certificate (Red Seal preferred)10+ years of industrial electrical construction experience in a contractor-based environmentPrevious experience in a Superintendent or senior leadership roleStrong knowledge of electrical systems integration within industrial construction projectsAbility to read and interpret Instrumentation, Electrical, and P&ID drawingsStrong understanding of industrial construction techniques and work practicesKnowledge of Canadian Electrical Code and OH&S regulationsDemonstrated leadership in safety, workforce management, cost control, scheduling,
