TEEMA is seeking a Tier 1 – Deskside Support – IT in Brampton, Ontario. You will provide first-line technical support to users across offices, handling incidents and service requests with guidance from team leads, and ensuring devices and software run smoothly.

You will communicate in English and French, use ITIL practices, manage tickets, and contribute to knowledge bases, while staying current with Windows 10, AD, SCCM, and Office 365 administration.
