Mission As part of the IT Operations team, you will provide technical support across multiple locations, ensuring system availability and user satisfaction.You will play a key role in maintaining day-to-day IT operations.Key responsibilities include:- Providing IT support to users across head office, retail locations, and distribution center- Managing and resolving support tickets in line with SLAs- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues- Managing workstations (Windows 10/11, macOS)- Supporting Microsoft 365 setting (F1-E5, Teams, SharePoint)- Managing IT asset lifecycle (deployment, maintenance, inventory)- Participating in IT projects and deployments- Documenting processes and procedures- Training users on Microsoft tools and internal systems- Contributing to continuous improvement of support services- Participating in on-call rotation (evenings and weekends)
