Canna Cabana is hiring a knowledgeable and dedicated Full time Shift Leader to assist in daily store operations. You will support the Store Manager, ensure high standards, and resolve customer issues. This role requires great leadership skills to guide a team, achieve sales targets, and maintain compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily store operations in support of management
• Resolve customer service issues promptly and professionally
• Guide and train associates to ensure exemplary conduct




• Achieve sales targets and monitor store level KPIs
• Oversee inventory management and ensure compliance with standards
Requirements:
• CannaSell SK certification mandatory by first day
• High school and relevant vocational training completed
• At least 2 years of retail experience required
• Strong customer service and leadership skills
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
