All duties for a parts and service administrator-Answering phones and dealing with walk in parts/service customers-Helping technicians with parts look up-Looking up parts and preparing parts and service quotes-Ordering parts-Invoicing parts and service orders-Customer quote follow ups-Warranty for parts and service-Shipping and receiving-Inventory control-Monitor/track fleet vehicle service intervals and schedule maintenance and repairs as required-Other office duties as requiredJob Type: Full-timePay: $18.00-$25.00 per hourBenefits:Dental careDisability insuranceExtended health careRRSP matchVision careWork Location: In person
