Job Title: Senior Supply Chain Program LeadLocation: 100% RemoteJob Type: Full-TimeSalary Range: $70,000 - $80,000About the RoleWe are seeking a Senior Supply Chain Program Lead to support and deliver complex, end-to-end supply chain initiatives for our clients. This is a senior individual contributor role focused on leading multi-workstream programs that span supply chain strategy, demand planning, execution, software implementation, and project delivery.In this role, you will serve as a trusted client advisor and program lead, responsible for aligning stakeholders, coordinating workstreams, and ensuring successful delivery of supply chain transformation initiatives from design through execution. Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end supply chain programs, coordinating multiple workstreams across planning, execution, and systems implementationDrive supply chain software implementation initiatives (e.G., ERP, demand planning, supply planning, and execution tools), including requirements definition, solution design, testing support, and deployment coordinationDesign, assess, and improve demand planning, supply planning, and inventory management processesTranslate business objectives into clear program plans, roadmaps, and deliverablesApply solid project management discipline, managing scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectationsPartner with client stakeholders across Supply Chain, Operations, IT, and Finance to ensure alignment and adoptionDevelop high-quality, client-ready materials including presentations, process documentation, and implementation plansIdentify risks and issues proactively and drive resolution to keep programs on trackAct as a senior subject matter expert, providing practical, data-driven recommendationsContribute to internal methodologies, solution assets,
