your tasks will include:- Managing four operating entities- Managing the entire accounting cycle- Performing financial analyses of budgets and accounts- Preparing financial statements and other monthly reports- Producing reports on operations and monitoring key performance indicators- Assisting with cash flow and financing- Making improvements to processes- Managing a team of three employees- Other related tasks Your profileWhat we are looking for:- Five years of experience in a controller role (robust asset)- CPA designation- Bilingualism in order to communicate with our American entity- Experience in employee management- Be a team player and committed to your roleWhat we offer:- Salary between 110k and 120k + bonus- One day of remote working- Insurance and RRSP contribution- Complete autonomy in the role- A fast-growing environment with interesting projects
