Rev Up Your Career as a Licensed Automotive Technician. Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Vehicle Technician in the Retail industry in Dryden, Ontario.

This role requires strong technical expertise combined with excellent customer service skills to ensure high-quality workmanship and a positive customer experience.

Compensation: $40.00 hourly rate, Monday to Friday schedule, $3/hour bonus incentive tied to achievable productivity targets.

Responsibilities

- Perform inspections, diagnostics, and repairs accurately.
- Complete repair orders and review work with advisors/customers.
- Conduct road tests in compliance with policy.
- Collaborate with Service Advisors, management, and parts team.
- Ensure unsafe vehicles are reported immediately.
- Explain repairs, procedures, and recommended maintenance clearly to customers.

Qualifications

- Valid Automotive Service Technician license (310S).
- Valid driver’s license.
- Solid knowledge of modern automotive systems and technology.
- Experience in a similar role (asset).
- Familiarity with shop systems (e.g., CoStar) considered an asset.
