Position Summary The Manager, Creative is responsible for developing and delivering high-quality creative solutions to support brand vision and customer experience. This role involves leading and mentoring a team, collaborating with internal and external partners, and ensuring consistency in brand communication across various platforms.What You’ll Do The Manager, Creative oversees the creation and execution of diverse projects, from daily deliverables to large-scale campaigns. This role involves designing and applying brand aesthetics, developing strategic creative concepts, and maintaining design consistency. The position may require collaboration with external partners for photography direction, as well as managing design for print signage, weekly flyers, and omni campaign executions. The Manager, Creative also stays updated on current design trends and agile methodologies to adjust project goals as needed.The role includes ensuring that all creative solutions meet brand objectives and are delivered on time and within budget. The Manager, Creative will develop visual identities from concept through to final execution. At times the manager may attend pre‑production meetings and photoshoots, approve press proofs, and attend signage walkthroughs. Effective communication with internal and external partners is crucial to the role, as well as preparing and distributing project components within required timeframes.Additionally, the Manager, Creative contributes to customer satisfaction goals by advocating for the customer and providing insights to project strategies.
