The OpportunityWe're looking for a Senior Manager, GTM Systems to own the execution, stability, and evolution of our go-to-market technology stack. This role sits at the intersection of Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance—and is accountable for ensuring GTM systems scale cleanly, stay reliable, and support disciplined growth.You'll lead the implementation, integration, and ongoing operation of GTM tools and workflows, translating Revenue Operations–defined processes and business rules into durable, well-governed systems. This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives in complexity, values operational rigor, and knows how to balance speed with stability.What You'll OwnGTM Systems OwnershipOwn production stability, release management, and incident response across the GTM systems stackLead root-cause analysis, remediation, and trend reporting to prevent repeat issuesEnsure system reliability, scalability, data integrity, and integration healthMap, document, and maintain end-to-end system workflows supporting lead-to-opportunity, deal operations, quote-to-order, renewals, and cross-functional handoffsDelivery & ImplementationTranslate business requirements into system designs, implementation plans, and execution roadmapsLead deployment of new GTM tools, enhancements, and workflow optimizations, including change management, testing, and release standardsPartner with Revenue Operations, Enablement, and Finance to define the GTM systems roadmap and manage backlog and prioritizationPeople & Vendor ManagementManage and develop a growing team of GTM systems administrators, analysts, and developersSet clear expectations for delivery quality, timelines, and execution standardsManage external vendors and implementation partners, including scoping, delivery oversight, outcomes, and budget managementCross-Functional Partnership & AdoptionPartner closely with Revenue Operations to define, document, and operationalize GTM processes and business rulesSupport GTM tool evaluation and procurement in partnership with Finance and GTM leadershipWork with Enablement to drive adoption of GTM tools and workflowsServe as the primary GTM systems point of contact for Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success leadershipWhat It Takes to Be Successful4–8+ years of experience owning GTM systems in a B2B SaaS environmentHands-on leadership of Salesforce and CPQ implementations supporting quote-to-cash and renewalsStrong understanding of end-to-end GTM workflows, including lead-to-opportunity, quote-to-cash, renewals,



and cross-functional handoffsProven ability to deliver complex system initiatives end-to-end with solid execution disciplineExperience enforcing system standards and making tradeoffs to protect stability and data integrityAbility to manage competing priorities across stakeholders under real constraintsExperience leading GTM systems teams and external vendors with consistent, high-quality deliveryStrong communication skills with the ability to translate technical work into business impact for senior stakeholdersNice to HaveExperience supporting system integrations, data migrations, or post-acquisition platform consolidationBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experienceSalesforce certifications (Admin, Advanced Admin, CPQ)PMP, Agile, or similar delivery certificationsLocation:This position will be hybrid with 3 days/week in our Oakville, ON office.
