Responsibilities

- Assist with residential excavation and septic system installations
- Support crews with trenching, grading, pipe installation, and backfilling
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and small equipment safely
- Load and unload materials and maintain a clean, safe job site
- Perform basic equipment checks and follow supervisor directions
- Wash, clean & grease equipment

Qualifications

- Experience in excavation, septic installation, landscaping, or construction is an asset
- Experience operating skid steers or mini excavators is an asset
- Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in demanding conditions
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment
