As a Single-Family Site Superintendent , you understand how to lead and ensure the homes are of the highest quality which is the Jayman standard. You have a presence among the trades, customers, and staff and have a passion for Single Family construction. Are you ready to bring people’s dream homes to reality? We are looking for an experienced individual in the home-building industry who is comfortable with the technological tools that make managing a project easier. Responsibilities Lead and manage single-family home construction, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project timelines. Utilize project management software to ensure on-time completion of new homes and scheduling of trades. Communicate with trades, customers, sales staff, office staff, and the service team throughout the construction process. Ensure work performed by trades partners is 100% complete before payment is authorized and work with them to meet the construction schedule timelines. Maintain safety through hazard assessments, toolbox talks, and safe work practices on all sites. What you will bring to the table 7-10 years of experience in residential construction site management. A Project Management designation (PMP) or equivalent education and experience is an asset.



Strong ability to multitask, be proactive, and pay attention to detail. Sense of urgency with the ability to delegate and make judgment calls. Good computer skills including Outlook and Excel; familiarity with BuildPro is an asset. Preference for candidates who have completed the PHBIA's Residential Site Management Program.
