GMP cosmetics, unionized teams, rigorous processes, and real challenges.MissionYOUR ROLE:You will be responsible for quality assurance at the heart of production. This is an on-site role: you will be in the laboratory and on the production floor, not behind a desk.Specifically, you will:Oversee daily quality control and laboratory activitiesLead and motivate a teamAct as a strategic bridge between Production, Quality Assurance, and R&DManage compliance with GMP, HACCP, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
