Key Responsibilities:
• Administer medications and perform nursing procedures
• Monitor resident health and report changes
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate documentation in PointClickCare, eMAR
• Promote resident comfort and safety during shifts
Requirements:
• Graduation from a recognized LPN program
• Current registration with BCCNM
• Experience in long-term care preferred
• Strong clinical knowledge and assessment skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
