This role serves as a key bridge between business leaders and analytics, ensuring data initiatives are aligned with organizational objectives. The Manager will champion centralized data access, scalable analytics platforms, and a robust culture of data-driven decision-making, while maintaining high standards for data quality, integrity,



and compliance.RESPONSIBILITIESRecruit and develop analytics talent to meet evolving business and strategic needsServe as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the analytics team, ensuring clear communication and alignmentPartner closely with FP&A and cross-functional leaders to align analytics priorities and deliverablesContribute to the development and execution of the enterprise data and analytics strategyOversee the design, development, and maintenance of data models, dashboards, and reportsEnsure centralized, governed access to data and approved analytical models across the organizationEstablish and maintain data governance frameworks, standard operating procedures, and documentationEnsure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory standardsTranslate complex data into actionable insights to support leadership decision-makingSupport the selection, implementation, and ongoing management of analytics tools, platforms, and data architectureCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs, define KPIs, and measure business performancePromote a culture of data-driven decision-making and self-serve analytics across the organizationQUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field5-8+ years of experience in data analytics,
