MissionYour Role:Reporting to the Director of Maintenance and Engineering, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring preventive and corrective maintenance activities. You'll optimize resource use, ensure equipment reliability, and support production goals in line with safety, quality, and performance standards.Key Responsibilities:- Accounting and purchasing systems: creating purchase orders, resolving billing issues- Inventory: monitoring stock, replenishing supplies, removing obsolete items, producing reports- Planning and analysis: asset management, maintenance planning, creating work orders, administrative tasks, SQF compliance- Autonomous maintenance and continuous improvement: TPM implementation, KPI tracking, team coaching, tool development and training,
