Overview We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our growing Marketing team. This role is responsible for translating CanoeFinancial’s brand, investment philosophy, and marketing strategy into clear, compelling visual communication across digital and print channels. You will collaborate closely with Marketing and Product partners to design high-quality assets that support brand storytelling, sales enablement, and business growth, while upholding Canoe’s visual standards across every touchpoint. Responsibilities Conceptualize, design, and execute visual solutions across presentations, brochures, marketing collateral, websites, social media, email, and digital advertising. Partner with Marketing and Product teams to develop design solutions aligned with campaign goals and businessobjectives. Create andmaintainprint and digital templates and layouts to support efficient production. Produce assets using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and related tools. Support marketing production, including file preparation, formatting, and versioning. Act as a steward of Canoe’s brand bymaintainingvisual consistency and high design standards across all materials. Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices, incorporating them thoughtfully whereappropriate. Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Identifyopportunities to improve creative outputs and visual storytelling. Qualifications Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, UI/UX, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of professional graphic design experience. Strong portfoliodemonstratingcreative range and executional excellence. Proficiencyin Adobe Creative Suite and related design software.



Excellent attention to detail, typography, colour, and composition. Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design experience. Experience creating interactive or animated digital ads (Adobe Animate and/or Google Web Designer). Video editing and motion graphics experience using Premiere Pro and After Effects. Experience using AI-powered creative tools (e.G., Adobe Firefly or similar platforms) to support design workflows. Strong communicationskills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally. Copywriting skills are an asset. Skills Creative, curious, and visually driven. Digitally fluent withstrong designjudgment. Highly organized with excellent time and project management skills. Detail-oriented and quality-focused. Resourceful, self-motivated, andsolutions-oriented. Passionate about marketing and the financial services industry.
