You will manage a team of experienced software engineers and AI/ML developers evolving our SaaS platform and also spearheading our move into autonomous AI agents.In this role, you will partner closely with Product Management and cross-functional stakeholders to define roadmaps, manage priorities,



and deliver features that delight our customers and help maintain Tigera’s position as a global leader in Kubernetes networking and observability. You will foster a culture of high-performance and innovation and be responsible for building and maintaining a healthy team culture and coach engineers in their growth opportunities.This is a hands-on leadership role.
