Responsibilities

Start and end dates for this internship are June 25, 2025 and end August 1, 2025.

Interns will collaborate to research and develop solutions for clients while showcasing their skill sets and receiving guidance and mentoring from IBMers.

Project/Business areas may include, but are not limited to the following:

- Consulting
- Technical Sales
- Corporate Functions & Marketing
- Finance
- Research
- Design
- Developer
- Data Science

Preferred education

None

Required technical and professional expertise

- Level 1 P-TECH at IBM Summer Internship Prerequisite Learning completed by March 14, 2025
- Minimum completion of 3 years of P-TECH High School (prior to start)
- Minimum of 3 hours of college credits earned (prior to start)
- Current student of one of the IBM affiliated P-TECH schools:




- Nova Scotia Community College – (NSCC)
- Mohawk College
- Six Nations Polytechnic STEM Academy (SNP)

Preferred technical and qualified experience

- HS/college attendance 90%+
- GPA: 2.6+

Other qualifications

- Must have the ability to work in Canada without sponsorship.
- Foreign national restrictions: If you are from any of the following US sanctioned countries (Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea, Luhansk, Donetsk, Kherson, and Zaporizhia regions of Ukraine) on a work permit, you are not eligible for employment in this position.
