Your responsibilities will include processing daily correspondence, assisting clients with payment inquiries, managing email communications, and transacting new policies in the Applied Epic Broker Management System. You'll also handle client requests, review recent business applications, and maintain strict confidentiality throughout.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process daily correspondence efficiently and accurately
• Provide support for payment processing and client inquiries




• Manage shared email inbox and respond to broker requests
• Enter policy information in Applied Epic Broker Management System
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of client information
Requirements:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with Applied Epic considered an asset
• Previous administrative support experience in insurance
