Actively looking for Senior Mold DesignerLocationWindsor, ONJob TypeFull-TimeDepartmentEngineeringReports ToEngineering ManagerKey ResponsibilitiesCreate detailed mold designs for plastic injection molding applications.Design structural foam, gas assist, multi-shot, thermoset, and compression molds.Develop part models, surfaces, and feasibility studies to support manufacturing solutions.Maintain accurate design documentation and job history records.Execute Engineering Work Order (EWO) design changes.Design highly complex mold components while resolving technical design challenges.Lead design reviews and verify the quality of design deliverables.Mentor and support junior designers.Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure buildability and manufacturability.Follow customer and industry design standards and engineering best practices.Monitor project progress and communicate timelines, resource needs,
