Job Description

- Recruit, train, and supervise sales staff and cashiers
- Oversee and organize monthly inventory reports to monitor stock levels
- Develop and maintain employee work schedules to meet operational needs
- Address and resolve work-related issues, ensuring a productive work workplace
- Manage merchandise orders to maintain appropriate stock levels
- Authorize the return of merchandise in accordance with company policies
- Oversee cash management, including daily reconciliation

Job Requirement

- Secondary school graduation required.
- Min. 1‑2 years of experience as retail salesperson/supervisor required.

Term: Full‑Time (30‑40 hours per week), Permanent

Wage: $20.67 per hour

Benefit: 5.77% of salary as vacation pay
