Taylor Leibow is looking for a full-time Senior Assurance Manager. The expected salary range for this position is $116,500 – $160,000. Qualifications: 9+ years of experience in a public accounting firm; and A minimumof 4 years of management experience within public accounting. Primary Responsibilities: Manage audit, review, and compilation engagements from initial planning through to review; Performin-depth reviews of engagements to ensure compliance with professional and firm standards; Maintain regular contact with clients and provide updates on engagement process; Developa strong understanding of clients’ business to better identify opportunities and areas of risk; Communicate significant issues and proposed solutions to engagement partner; Provideongoing coaching and support to Assurance team members; and Complete annual team member performance evaluations.
