Job Title: Service Manager (Red Seal Mechanic) Location: Edmundston, NB Pay Range: $80000 - $85000 Shift: What's the Job? Lead and motivate a team of service technicians to ensure high performance and quality standards. Oversee repairs and maintenance operations to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction. Collaborate closely with the Branch Manager to build a profitable and sustainable branch. Manage parts department activities to ensure optimal service delivery and cost control. Evaluate team performance, identify growth opportunities, and organize ongoing technical training. What's Needed? Trade school diploma/ red seal mechanic is an asset; bachelor’s degreepreferred. Extensive experience in fleet equipment maintenance and leadership roles. Minimum of five years of service and maintenance experience with at least three years in supervisory roles.



Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams. Excellent customer service skills and knowledge of maintenance accounting and profit and loss management. What's in it for me?
