Strive Living Society is looking for a passionate individual to work as a Casual Specialized Child & Youth Support Worker. This role will involve providing behavioral management and individualized care to those with developmental disabilities and mental health challenges. Candidates will be part of a 24/7 operational model and will require flexibility across various shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support children with developmental and mental health challenges
• Implement behavior management strategies in a residential setting




• Communicate effectively and document daily activities
• Accompany individuals to community appointments and activities
• Adhere to health care plans and safety protocols
Requirements:
• Valid Class 5 BC Driver's License with a clean abstract
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Positive Behaviour Management Training
• First Aid and CPR Certification
• Criminal Record Clearance required
