In this essential role, reporting to the Store Manager, you will oversee store merchandising and champion customer service. Your responsibilities include recruiting, coaching, and developing team members while handling escalated customer service issues. You'll strive for 100% customer satisfaction and maintain a high accuracy in inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain excellence in store merchandising and customer service
• Recruit, hire and develop staff through coaching
• Handle escalated customer service issues efficiently
• Ensure a high-level of data entry accuracy
• Control and report Accounts Receivable and Payable
Requirements:
• High school diploma; post-secondary education is an asset
• 2+ years in customer service or sales experience
• Previous retail supervisory experience preferred
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to work diverse shifts, including evenings
