This role supports enterprise HR governance by strengthening control frameworks, improving risk management practices, and enhancing process and control documentation across PCT/HR functions.This is a hands‑on role suited for someone who enjoys partnering with the business, challenging where needed, and translating complex HR processes into explicit, well‑designed controls.What You’ll DoStrengthen governance frameworks and control design across HR and PCT processesCreate, maintain, and enhance control documentation and process mapsEnsure business processes are clearly tied to effective controlsIdentify, assess, and support remediation of operational, regulatory, and enterprise risksAct as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, confidently challenging and influencing as neededCollaborate with cross‑functional partners, including U.S.‑based teams,
