Business Analysis & RequirementsGather and document functional requirements from Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain teams.Conduct fit-gap analysis across F&O and Business Central.Translate business requirements into functional design documents (FDDs).Recommend process improvements aligned with Microsoft best practices.2.



Solution Design & ConfigurationConfigure standard ERP functionality.Support chart of accounts, posting profiles, workflows, and approval hierarchies.Validate system setup across legal entities and business units.Ensure alignment with global template and governance standards.3. Testing & DeploymentDevelop test scripts and lead UAT sessions.Coordinate defect resolution with development team.Support data migration validation and reconciliation.Assist in go-live planning and hypercare support.4. Reporting & DataSupport reporting requirements including:Financial reportsOperational dashboardsKPI analysisWork with reporting teams to validate data integrity.Support integrations and master data governance.5.
