Service Delivery / Project Manager Location: Remote - Canada WideOpportunity at MicroservePosition Overview TheProjectManageris responsible forcoordinating the delivery ofAudio-Visualinstallationservices into key enterprise customer’senvironments.Youcanmanageprojects(end to end)by acting as the bridge between theclientand our operational delivery teams.You arefocused on ensuringthe balance betweencustomersatisfactionandprojectprofitability is protected.You have excellentcommunication skills and understand the importance of regular andtimelyupdates to each customerwithin your portfolio.You will have a hands-on approach and will be committed to the expansion and success of the business by managing all aspects of the delivery of services betweenMicroserveand our clientsin order toensure targets are achieved. You will alsobe responsible forbuildingandmaintainingclient relationships.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of service delivery for specific clientsCoordinate schedules and resources, liaising between clients andMicroserveService Delivery teamsPerform ongoing service level management and reporting,monitoringall service activity, and keeping track of both continuous improvement opportunities and issues that areidentifiedand brought forwardManage the Profit and Loss reporting for projects and services engagements related to specific clientsWork closely with Technical Services Team to make sure that time tracking, and invoicingremainscurrent and up to dateManage andmonitorall aspects ofprojectdeliveryIdentifyand coordinate resource requirements for potential engagements to allow for the proactive planning and/or procurement of resourcesMonitor assigned services engagements, ensuringappropriate communicationand reporting, and escalating any issues appropriately to management or client staffCollaborate with the service coordination team to manage engagement schedules and commitmentsMonitor field work activities, respondtoand resolve issues or problems that arise in the field, ensure contract obligations are met,
and ensure quality of work performed meets requirementsMotivating the team to achieve organizational goalsProject ManagementWork with the design team to produce project plans and schedulesrequiredfor the successful delivery ofprojectGather and analyze, and be familiar with all phases of the system developmentlifecycleManage theday-to-dayoperations of project team both virtually and via team meetingsCollaborate with technical resources, business subject matter experts to ensurethe technical performancemeets with expectationsGuide the successful achievement of theobjectives, in collaboration with the other members of the leadershipteamManage the profitability of projectsClient Relationship ManagementKeep theAVServices Manager informed of all customer satisfaction issues and act expeditiously to mitigate each instanceNetwork to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company and achieve client relationship targets and any associated KPI’sCollaborate closely with theAV operations andServices Manager and cooperate withadditionalaccount representativesInitiate andparticipatein Root Cause analysis and dispute resolution with key client contacts and/or with theAVServices Manager andadditionalMicroserveresources asrequiredQualification and RequirementsPost-secondary credentials related to information technology or an equivalent combination of experience and/or training in a similar organization working with large client(s)2+ years of experience working in theAV orIT industry,
including experience successfully managing the deliveryof AV and/orIT services and projectsITIL foundations or other related certifications strongly preferredPMP certification or working towards certification is considered an assetExperience leading teamsStrong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Visio and ProjectExperience with or strong understanding ofmodern video conferencing and collaborationStrong understanding of the importance of technical change management protocols in a large client business environmentAcceptance of and willingness tocomply withall health and safety requirements asidentifiedbyMicroserveand/or by our clientsExceptional organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to multitask and handle many different concurrent tasks to ensure all projects and operational outputs are delivered on timeStrong analytical and planning skillsSuccessful completion of a Criminal Background checkDriver’s license and availability for occasional travelCompensation In accordance withthe BC Pay TransparencyAct, the pay range for this role for BC residents is $65,000 - $85,000 per year. Pleasenote,while the pay range of the role is listed here, this position’s salary is non-negotiable based on geographical market. Your exact salary isdeterminedbased on a combination of your relevant experience, skill, competencies, and internal pay equity.
