Escalations Developers contribute directly to this trust by resolving critical issues and enhancing our world‑class supply chain optimization software. As a member of the Escalations Team within the Product Group, you will join a highly motivated, technically skilled team focused on solving complex customer problems. This role requires the ability to read, write, and debug code, with a passion for improving and fixing existing software. You will work closely with core development teams and the customer support organization in a fast‑paced, collaborative workplace. Using cutting‑edge troubleshooting and diagnostic techniques, you will ensure customer installations are stable, performant, and running smoothly. If you’re passionate about problem‑solving and making a direct impact on customer success, this is the place for you.Salary RangeAnnual cash compensation ranges from $120,000 to $165,000 plus a discretionary 12% company bonus. The final offer within this range will reflect the successful candidate’s skills and experience.What you will do- Coordinate cross‑functional teams to triage and resolve complex customer escalations, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication across stakeholders.- Own high‑level defect remediation end‑to‑end by partnering with engineering and support to drive effective fixes.- Collaborate across teams to troubleshoot diverse customer configurations delivering high‑quality, scalable solutions.- Operate effectively in a fast‑paced environment, consistently meeting demanding customer and business expectations.- Partner with global support and development teams to improve product quality and reliability.- Shape and strengthen the reliability and agility of the Escalations organization.- Serve as a technical mentor, offering guidance and coaching to less‑senior developers while promoting engineering best practices.Technologies we use- C++, C#, JavaScript, Java, and .NET technologies- Visual Studio, VS Code, JIRA, Confluence, Git- Maestro's market‑leading in‑memory data server technology- Sophisticated internal testing tools to validate correctness and performance- Virtual and cloud infrastructure for development, support, and testingWhat we are looking for- 7+ years of relevant experience- A love of problem‑solving in real‑world situations- Working knowledge of C++, C# or other programming languages- Familiarity with software at the system level including multi‑threading and concurrency- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, interrupt‑driven environment- Excellent communication and teamwork skills,
