Position Overview
Location: Edmonton, AB Schedule: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
What You'll Do
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to branch operations
- Manage reception and front desk responsibilities
- Order and maintain office supplies and stationery
- Assist supervisors with technician support and delivery requirements
- Complete data entry and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate replacement requests for company cell phones and computers
- Support employee time entry activities
- Assist with maintenance and operational tracking processes
- Process invoices and support billing-related activities
- Maintain job binders, files, and branch documentation
- Perform miscellaneous system and computer updates as required
What You'll Bring
- Previous experience in an administrative, office, or reception role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency with computers and office technology
- Experience resolving basic technology or computer-related issues is an asset
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, is considered an asset
