Teach high-voltage systems, switchgear testing and maintenance, renewable energy systems, and substation operations. Design and update training materials aligned with industry standards and adult learning principles. Champion electrical safety using standards such as NFPA 70E or CSA Z462, including Arc Flash and Lockout/Tagout. Mentor learners and collaborate with fellow trainers and industry partners.



Travel to training sites is required to support programs and learners.Qualifications7–10+ years as an industrial electrician, high-voltage tester, or electrical engineer. 3–5 years of training, coaching, or mentorship experience. Solid hands-on knowledge of high-voltage systems, switchgear, renewables, and substations. Excellent communication skills and a passion for teaching. Comfortable using PowerPoint, Excel, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
