You'll turn complex plant data into actionable insight, validate metallurgical performance, and drive practical improvements to recovery, efficiency, and cost. You'll work closely with Metallurgy, Plant Operations, Geology, Geometallurgy, and Technical Services to solve processing challenges that require real analytical depth and follow-through.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Chemical, Metallurgical, or Mineral Processing EngineeringProfessional Engineer designation considered an assetExperience & SkillsRequired10+ years of progressive technical, operational, engineering, and leadership experience, including at least 5 years in process operationsHands‐on operational metallurgy experience in gold processing (lab‐only experience will not be sufficient)Strong technical knowledge of flotation and leaching processesExperience in precious and base metals processing, including water systems and tailings managementStrong analytical skills; comfortable working with large data sets, metallurgical balances, plant inventories, and performance trendsExperience reconciling predicted metallurgical/geometallurgical performance against actual plant results and investigating variancesAbility to review technical documentation, coordinate consultants,
