This role may be based in either Markham, ON or Vancouver, BC.JOB STATEMENT:Reporting to the Director, Partnerships and working in a fast-paced MFDA/IIROC regulatory workplace, the Advisor Support Associate will be responsible for delivering exceptional “client-centric” service while building and maintaining relationships with both our internal and external partners. In this role, you will be assisting on a variety of partner issues such as account inquiries, transaction inquiries, and technological assistance, via phone and email support. You will resolve their issues in a professional manner, escalating when necessary and as the first point of contact you will act as the subject matter expert on Worldsource products and services.RESPONSIBILITIES:Providing exemplary and professional service to our clients, partners, and advisors; Tracking,analyzing, researching and responding to client inquiries in a proactive manner while ensuring service level agreements are met; Understanding client and advisor needs based on their unique service and investment requests; Acting asa gatekeeper and applying industry rules and regulations during each client and advisor interaction; Providingsupport to other business units within the organization as required.QUALIFICATIONS:Post-secondary degree or equivalent experienceCanadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct Practices Handbook (CPH)
