The role partners with SCS sales origination and cross-functional teams to support strong governance, analytics, and scalable delivery of receivables- and payables-based financing solutions.This position is execution-focused and well suited for a detail-oriented professional seeking exposure to complex transaction banking structures and multi-stakeholder program delivery.Key Responsibilities & Success OutcomesSupport the execution and ongoing management of supply-chain and working capital programs, delivering accurate, timely, and well-governed program supportCoordinate internal workstreams across Coverage, Credit, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Technology, ensuring clear ownership, effective communication, and timely deliveryTrack approvals, conditions precedent, documentation status, and ongoing program changes, maintaining high-quality controls and audit-ready recordsAssist in the preparation of approval materials, governance documentation, and internal reporting that are clear, complete, and decision-readySupport coordination of legal documentation, true-sale opinions, and policy alignment, contributing to compliant and scalable program structuresCreate and maintain client pitch materials and solution presentations that clearly articulate value propositions and structural considerationsBuild and maintain pricing models and financial analyses that support sound transaction structuring and informed credit decisionsAssist in the preparation of risk assessment materials, including exposure analysis, structure summaries, and risk mitigants, supporting effective risk managementSupport ongoing program management through utilization tracking, reporting, and issue resolution,



contributing to stable and predictable program performanceIdentify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, controls, and scalability over timeQualifications & AttributesBachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred2–5 years of experience in corporate or commercial banking, trade finance supply chain solutions, or a working capital solutions delivery roleExposure to working capital, supply-chain finance and receivables-based financingFamiliarity with credit, legal documentation and governance processes within a financial institutionStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlinesHigh attention to detail and comfort working with financial models, documentation, and controlsStrong Excel and presentation skills (PowerPoint)Transparent written and verbal communication skillsProactive, reliable, and execution-oriented mindsetThis posting is for a current vacancy.Base Salary: $95,000 - $105,000Salary:Pay Type: SalariedThe above represents BMO Financial Group's pay range and type.Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles,



the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group's expected target for the first year in this position.BMO Financial Group's total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, as well as other perks and rewards.
