The Position

- We believe in going the extra mile to provide our customers with the best service and diagnostic equipment.
- Clear customer and team communication. Understanding customers needs.
- Managing emergency service as well as scheduled maintenance and quality assurance testing.
- Installation and service tasks include resolving electrical, mechanical, network issues
- Install equipment according to manufacturer's specifications
- Managing a project by consulting with customers and contractors
- Create and maintain service record reports
- Maintaining your provided toolkits, test equipment, and documentation
- Follow quality requirements, training, and safety procedures.

Requirements:

- Previous experience servicing Healthcare electronic equipment is an asset
- Graduate of a recognized Technology, Engineering Electronics program
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills




- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in servicing equipment with a strong computer, electronics, and mechanical background
- Interpret system manuals, schematics, and wiring diagram
- High attention to detail
- Ability to test and troubleshoot electrical analog and digital circuits
- Robust working knowledge of computer systems and networking skills
- Mechanical knowledge and experience
- Ability and experience to use variety of tools and test equipment
- Adapt to flexible hours and time management
- Working professional in healthcare environments Hospitals/Clinics
- Have a valid driver’s license, own reliable vehicle
- Ability to travel within and outside of Canada

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Do you own a vehicle? - The job requires a vehicle.
- The job may require training, are you eligible to travel outside of Canada?
- We are looking for candidates in Northern Ontario and the GTA, please indicate your area.
