Our busy property management / real estate company is looking for a temporary maintenance contractor.

Requirements:

- Valid driver's license
- Means of transportation: Preferred form of transportation would be a truck.
- Ability to hook up and pull a trailer, as well as back it up to properties when required
- MUST HAVE THE ABILITY TO COMPLETE BASIC DRYWALL/CARPENTRY, FLOORING, PLUMBING REPAIRS AS WELL AS PAINTING ABILITIES
- Basic set of tools to complete tasks
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking
- Must be able to physically climb a ladder, bend or crawl into awkward spaces
- Must be ok with working at limited heights
- Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds at a time

Duties:

- Conduct interior maintenance projects
- Conduct exterior maintenance projects
- Conducting inspections of premises
- Hauling of garbage & other items
- Complete tenant service issues
- Assisting other maintenance staff with seasonal projects other duties as assigned

Hourly pay range: $20.00 to $25.00/hr dependent on skill and work experience
